Chilcotin 411
I’ve tried to consolidate as much useful information about this area as I can. Some comes from personal experience but much more comes from others, especially by way of the web. It’s been surprising to me how much information on the Chilcotin exists, but its spread all over the place. Hopefully nobody will be upset that I’ve re-posted anything of their’s here, and I’ll try to post as many direct links as possible. I’ve tried to give proper credit and want to express my thanks for everyone who has shared their photographs and information with the world.
Many maps are available free from Natural Resources Canada (GeoGratis) or Angler’s Atlas. If I don’t have a version here, try looking there.
Photos come from all over the place, but especially Panaramio, through Google Maps. If you have a shot you’d like to show off here, send it to me! The same goes for any information regarding access, history, people, activities or anything else.
Trail information comes from, among other places, Back Country Horsemen of BC
